SETAC Europe Annual General Assembly (AGA)

The SETAC Europe Annual General Assembly (AGA) is the yearly meeting for the voting members of the Society. It will be organised on Wednesday 15 May at lunchtime. Information on voting and non-voting members can be found here.

At this meeting the annual report and financial results of 2012 will be presented and new council members will be elected. Members will have the opportunity to give their opinion on how the society is governed.

All SETAC Europe members registered as voting member and present in Glasgow, are expected at this meeting.

If you are member and for one reason or another you cannot attend the meeting, please assign a proxy to vote on your behalf. Proxy forms will be available at the registration desk.

This meeting is not for SETAC Europe student members, they are cordially invited to attend the Student Assembly, which will be held on the same day from 11:00 - 12:00.
